Job Title: Social worker Recruitment Notice Asha Welfare Society Asha Welfare Society, Tiwariganj, Chinhat, Lucknow, works for rescuing the mentally ill patients wandering on the roads in and near Lucknow. We work to provide these destitute proper rehabilitation, treatment and then restoring their life back among their families. Presently, we require social activist, ready to work with mentally ill, road side destitute. Job Summary: The social worker needs to provide therapeutic support, counseling, and case management services to road side mentally ill destitute. This position is responsible for assessing the needs of patients, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and ensuring access to necessary primary physical and mental health care. Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Evaluation, psychosocial assessments, restoring self-care and proper hygiene, patient reunion, documentation and record keeping. Qualification: Essential - Graduates Desirable - MSW (Masters in Social Work) Preferences given to experience in dealing with mentally ill patients. Candidates are expected to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other social workers to provide holistic care. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment progress, challenges, and client needs.
